 Purpose: This course focuses on common conditions seen in primary care with consideration given to race and culture. The course begins with a look the assessment of the primary care patient and then provides an overview of common conditions seen in primary care including: sore throat, sinusitis, otitis media, diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hypertension, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and obesity.
